As for weighing yourself, try to weigh yourself no more than once a week to every two weeks. But don't rely just on the scale to see your progress and results. The scale doesn't always show the full story. Take notice in how you feel, your fitness levels, the way your clothes fit, your bmi, etc.

ok so my goal was to exercise more and i know i exercise more than 10 mins a day because we have like 50 min of LPF (Life Time Personal Fitness) but the thing about that is that when i exercise at home i don't know when to exercise how long or when to eat like before or after i don't get it or when to weigh my self do i do it every week the same day i'm so confused
