I would suggest you take a look at these articles to help get you going:

A Teen's Guide to Weight and Body Confidence


Also, start out with some smaller goals. You don't need to do everything all at once. Small steps add up to bigger steps. Focus more on gaining healthy habits and the weight will come off. There also a lot of helpful articles in the Resource Center that you may want to check out.

hi my name is mindy im 15 and over weight i really want to lose 50lbs before my senior year in two years but i need motivation an advise cause its hard for me to stick with my plan
