How about you only take enough money with you to school to buy one (healthy) thing, then you cant be tempted to buy biscuits. Before you get home, eat an apple or something so that you´re not too hungry, then before you start eating do a part of your homework. when you´re finished with that, reward yourself with some food. If youre still hungry after another section of work/some other activity take another small portion of food.
this often works for me hope it helps

I am a theirteen year old girl whoes in middle school. So anyway everytime I go throught the lunch line I consantly want to get the cookies and icecream and chips. I keep making exsuces for myself like Im on my break or something and then when I come home Ill I want to do is sit and eat. somebody please help me like some motivation or something.
