You're doing great by keeping up and not giving in. That is usually where things fail, when we give up! Keep on hanging on to your goal and keep pressing forward. It is usually realy hard around the holidays but just keep in mind always of your goal that you want to accomplish. Think of how you don't want to ruin that and how important it really is to you. The main thing that everyone has mentioned above is portion control! Small portions of everything can be much better choice than heaping large 2-3 serving size portions of everything. Also getting some exercise before or after a large meal can be especially beneficial! Any way I hope you have a great day and good luck, and oh yes have a Happy Thanksgiving!

I know, just hang in there, you'll feel much better if you moderate portions and make the right decisions, plus try to get in the spirit of the holidays and sing songs, play games or something, to get you out of those thoughts. Happy ThanksGiving!

The holidays are hard for many people! It's great that you are doing so well and not giving up! Try to remember portion control when you have all that food out during the holidays. It's okay to have some, just keep in mind that moderation is key and remember to keep your portions in control. Also, don't forget to get some exercise in. Take a walk with your mom if you can.
