Hi there and welcome to SparkTeens! A healthy weight loss for teens is about 1 pound a week. Try to not go just by what the scales says though. Take notice in how you feel, how your clothes fit, take measurements, etc. Sometimes you can be improving but the scale may not show it. It's great that you are striving to be healthy and stay healthy!

You may want to check out the Resource Center. There are a lot of articles, tips and ideas in there on motivation, fitness and nutrition.

Let me know if there is something I can help with.

I need some motivation and a push to the top. My goal is to lose 70lbs. But there isnt a way to get there in 6 months. But my 6 month goal is at least 40lbs. And im going for 50lbs. My long term goal is to lose 70lbs, not as weak lots more muscle, and to be healthy and to stay that way.
