When you are bored, try to find an activity that you can do to keep you busy. You can try going for a walk, doing a quick 10 minute workout, etc or find something fun to do.

i eat cz im bored and i need help with that. i use food as a stress relief. food is there so i take it and idk what to do with myself, but i am gonna try so if you want to support eacother im here and ready to go!
