I'm new to this and I'm actually really excited to get this started...I hope I won't have too much of a problem because I usually eat alot..like when I'm bored I will eat...But hopefully I will be able to put that behind me and find better things to do, like excercise! I hope this works for me, and good luck to you too!!!

i can understand how you can lose 5 pounds in week. Ive done that when i havent even been on a diet. when ur busy with school, work, friends, and everything else sometimes you just dont eat. I am now trying to lose weight and im actually losing about 2 pounds 1 week, and the next not losing any, than losing another 2 pounds. So yah keep to ur diet!

Sometimes when you change your habits like that, your body may lose at a faster rate, but it is not realistic or healthy for it to continue to do that.

i try to do that, but still like when i start dieting and cutting back it still makes me loose 5 lbs a week even if i dont try, it just happens like that

Losing 5 pounds each week is not a realistic goal nor is it healthy. A healthy weight loss for a teen is no more than an average of 1 pound a week. Your body is still growing and needs more nutrients and calories than an adult does. Even for an adult, a healthy weight loss is no more than 2 pound a week.

Please do not try to lose more than 1 pound a week as it is not healthy or realistic. Please take a look at the following articles to help you with your weight loss:
