Set yourself some smaller goals to start out with. You don't need to do everything right away all at the same time. It takes time to change our habits.
I would suggest taking a look in the motivation section of the Resource Center for more ideas. There are some articles about goal setting techniques in there that may be helpful for you. Also, join a sparkteam that interests you. Having others with similar interests that are going through similar things can be very helpful and motivating as you go along.
