Great job so far!

As for a short term goal, it can be anything really. You can have some short term goals for your fitness, drinking water, eating a certain amount of fruits & veggies each day, etc. Have you taken a look at the motivation section of the Resource Center yet? There is a section in there on goal setting techniques that can help you with that.

Ok so far I've done pretty well. One pound per three days. I want to loose at least 30- 40 pounds by October 18, 2008. I'm in my cousins wedding and I don't want too look like a whale. But I want a short term goal but I can't figure out one?
