also try to keep contact with supportive friends who will help yu and make sure yu dont eat any bad foods while yur around them. it really helps to have people around yu that will tell yu too put the cookie down :]

im trying 2 lose 50 lbs by may 3 i think that the best way 2 stick 2 a plan is 2 not by any fat foods that u kno will hurt ur plan &if ur going 2 skool dont bring any money 2 tempt u 2 use the vending machine

You are at a healthy weight where you are currently at. Please do not try to lose 30 pounds as that is much too low.

i have a goal to lose 30 pounds by march 30 of 2008

does anyone have any tips to stick to my plan??

and is anyone trying to do the same thing lose a lot of pounds??
