Welcome to SparkTeens! Eating healthy and getting plenty of exercise will help. But also, don't just go by what the scale says, try noticing how you feel and how your clothes fit. The scale doesn't always show your progress.

Hi! And welcome. I'm new myself :) I suggest the old faithful way of loosing weight by eating a diet high in protien, complex carbs, and low in sugar, trans/saturated fat, and other junk food. Oh, and lot's of water and excersize.

If you need a friend or some inspiration i'll be sure to swing by your sparkpage when you set one up ^.^

Hey im new...my plan is to 135 because im 146 by Christmas. Any specific suggestions of how I can do this?
