Why don't you try to get a salad at BK or MCDonalds? They're alot better for you than a value meal! Also if you keep with the fries and pop meals don't king size or double-burger your single cheeseburger. Hope helps!

I'll admit, I am a horrible yo-yo dieter.
Especially when it comes to having boyfriends, I get lazy.

I've been with my newest boyfriend for three months & I also started a new job at burger king.
Recipe for disaster much?

I knew I was gaining weight & I was actually afraid to weigh myself, something I usually don't do.

I am at like 167 & my body fat % is 32.
So since it's november first I've decided to try to get down to a healthy weight & ultimatly look & feel better.

Is anyone else working at a fast food restarant?
I need some tips. Free soda & french fries all day is a disaster.
