well i want to loose weight to even though i'm healthy i wanna loose those love handles!!! anywho!
i jump on my tramopline, horseback ride ( which you loose quite a bit from if you use your legs alot!), going for a walk in the woods and enjoying the view ( i live on a mountain lol) jump rope and add 10 each day.

Hiyaa ,,

I read ya comment about loosing weight and how to make it more fun ,,

When i started to get skinnyer In year 6 -- England school years lol

well when i was about 10-11

I bought a trampoline there really fun and you loose loads its really good

I Stil go on my trampioline for regular exersize and it helps me loose weight and is fun to play on with mates and stuff like that x

ey guys im trying to lose weight (obvisoly, along with bettering my spelling and grammer lol) any way i was wondering what you guys do to make it more "fun", like is playing ddr any good? and what i can do for complex carbs, and what else you guys do, my goal is to lose 50 pounds (from 280) in a year, i know to cut out all junk food and fried food
