First of all, make sure you are eating at least your minimum amount of calories that sparkteens gave you. Since you are so active, you definitely need to make sure to eat enough to provided the nutrients and fuel for your body.

As for bored and mindless eating, try to keep yourself busy during those times. Try to find an activity or hobby to do to keep your mind and body busy. Also, try drinking some extra water, brush your teeth, chew some gum.

i already exercise a lot but my goal is to stop snacking so much
i'm at a good weight and i have a lot of muscle since i do so much tennis and exercise but i still want to slim down a bit more and flatten my stomach a bit more.
any advice for my bored and mindless eating?
