It is not a realistic goal to expect to lose 50 pounds by the new year, I'm sure the program gave you the more appropriate goal date when you set it up. Using SparkTeens will definitely help you towards your goal in a healthy way. It's great that you are here trying to get healthy! There is plenty of support here to help you through your journey!

so my goal on here is to lose 50 pounds by the new year. if anyone has anything they want to help me to help me out or tell me what worked for them...i would appreciate it..thanks!!
