I would suggest finding some activities/exercises that you enjoy or at least can tolerate doing. There are some exercise demonstrations and articles in the Resource Center that may help you find something that works for you.
Since you say you don't have time for it, try doing 10 minutes here and there throughout the day that you can do some exercises. It all adds up and can help you work towards your goals. In the Resource Center under the Fitness section, there are some 10 minute and 30 minute workouts that you could do. Doing at least 10 minutes would be good - may be you take a study break for 10 minutes every hour. Or get up 10 minutes earlier so you can fit that in before school.
