| Is your goal a realistic goal for your body type? Also, you say you are exercising a lot. Are you switching up your routine? If you do the same thing all the time, our bodies get really efficient at that and it is no longer a challenge. You should change your routine up once in while. Do cardio and strength training too. Are you eating enough for the amount of exercise you are doing? If you are not eating enough to fuel your body, you will slow your metabolism.

| hey! im 155lbs. im 5'8 1/2. my goal is to lose at least 20-25 lbs by atleast, march 2008! im aready crazy healthy, and i exercise alot, at med-high intensity, but the scale doesnt seem to be moving much :( ugh, its really frustrating... im on weight watchers and i stick to it pretty well. whats my problem ?

| Hey this is my first post here...my weight loss girls are to lose 25 pounds by mid April! I've always wanted to but I always end up not committing...because I don't want people to know. Maybe it's a fear of being ridiculed or something. But I genuinely want to be healthier and LIKE myself more, especially before I go to university year after next.
