| Hi everyone, I'm new here. About me: I've always been on the heavy side, and so is everyone in my extended family. A lot of people in my family have health problems as a result of being overweight. I want to break out of the "family curse" so my goals are to lose about 35-40 pounds. I want to be healthy and be able to play sports and take dance lessons. If anyone has tips or things that are helping them, I'd really appreciate it if they could help me too. And does anyone want to be my 'motivation buddy' or whatever you call it? I'm kind of new at this.
