Hi there and welcome to SparkTeens! Being busy doesn't mean that you can't get fit and healthy. Try doing 10 minutes of exercise here and there in your day. It all adds up and helps you with your goals. Do you do any activities right now?
If you are studying, take a study break and do at least 10 minutes of exercise. It will help you with your fitness and give your brain a little break as well.
There are some demonstrations of exercises in the Resource Center that may help you. There are also 10 minute and 30 minute workout suggestions in there as well.
