THiS PAST WEEK i MET Mi GOAL i WORKED OUT 3 TiMES iN THE WEEK AND i ALSO ATE HEALTHiER FOODS.i DiDNT QUiT THE SAME DAY i STARTED WHiCH iS A BiG ACCOMPLiSHMENT FOR Mi i HAD NOTHiNG BUT water TO DRiNK NO JUiCES OR SODA BESiDES ON SATURDAY. iM REALLY PROUD OF MiSELF AND i ALSO LOST 5 POUNDS THiS WEEK AND i WAS REALLY SHOCKED. THiS WEEK Mi MAiN GOALS ARE TO GET iN 180 MiNUTES OF EXERCiSE (30 MiNUTES 6 DAYS A WEEK) DRiNK LOTS OF water AND MiLK 3 TiMES A DAY.DONT EAT THiNGS THAT AREN'T HEALTHY AND STAY AWAY FROM SODA AND CANDY. iM REALLY iNTO THiS LiFESTYLE CHANG AND iM GLAD iM DOiNG WELL. i HOPE TO LOSE 1-2 POUNDS THiS WEEK AND CONTiNUE WiTH Mi SUCCESS i WiSH EVERYONE THE BEST OF LUCK THiS WEEK AND i HOPE U ALL ACHiEVE THE GOALS YOU HAVE SET FOR YOURSELVES. i KNO WE CAN ALL DO iT iF WE PUT OUR MiND TO iT.
