I eat small meals every 3 hours and get lots of cardio in.

The coach is right. The only way to lose wait "fast" is to get a plastic surgery and i think we can all agree that thats not really what we want to do. The only way to really lose weight properly is to(I'm sure you have heard this before but) eat right, exersize, and also try to stay happy. I read somewhere that its ALLOT harder to lose weight if your are deppresed. If you are deppresed then your body tries harder to keep the weight or something like that.

Losing weight "fast" does mean you lose weight forever. Usually fast weight loss results in fast weight gain. The reason for this is because short term radical changes for fast weight loss are not sustained and then the weight comes back and then some.
