Pooh, Look as each opportunity that you didn't make the wisest choice as a learning opporunity for the next time you are faced with a similiar choice.
Losing weight is not about who gets there the fastest but rather who gets there and stays there. Think about the story of the tortoise and the hare . The one that wins the race is the one that goes slow and steady.
Start with small goals like drinking 8 cups of water a day and being active daily. Focus on making healthy choices (baked instead of fried chicken or pretzels instead of potato chips, dried fruits or raisins instead of candy) whenever possible. Slowly and steadily you will get there, one new habit at a time.

do you actually think you're gonna start losing weight right away? anyway it's unhealthy to lose lots of weight at once- and you'll get it back quickly. at least that's what i've heard =) what's there to be discouraged about? we're young we learn quickly and we have our whole lives ahead of us. i say poor OLD fat people its harder for them =)
