Glad you are giving it another try. One thing to keep in mind. To be successful for life at maintaining a healthy weight, you have to make permanent lifestyle eating and fitness habits and not think of things as a 'diet'. A diet is nothing more then something you do for a while to lose weight. Then when you go back to your normal habits, all the weight and more come back.

TO lose, keep it off and claim the new outlook on life that will come with it, you want to make smart food and fitness choices 95% of the time and then enjoy special treats 5% of the time. Your Spark plan will help you be accountable to new patterns and behaviors like drinking 8 cups of water that will help you be successful.

STARTING IS ALWAYS THE HARD PART 4 ME I ALWAYS SAY I WANT 2 LOSE THE WEIGHT BUT NEVER REALLY PUT IT INTO ACTION. AT ONE POINT I WAS LOSING ALOT OF WEIGHT AND I WAS PROUD OF MYSELF BUT THEN I QUIT AND WHEN I DID I GAINED ALMOST 75 POUNDS. NOW IM TRYING TO START OVER AGAIN WITHOUT QUITING AND GIVING UP.
