| THE BEST WAY TO DO IT IS WITH SOMEBODY ELSE SO THAT YOUR FOCUS ISNT ON WHAT UR DOING BUT ON A CONVERSATION WITH WHOEVER U CHOOSE 2 WORK OUT WITH. ALSO LISTENING TO MUSIC THAT GETS YOU MOVING IS A GOOD WAY 2 DO IT.

I have found that if I set a goal (for instance for me it is that I have to have 2-3 cups of water before I can have any coffee) so that I can't do something I want to do until I do what I need to do. For you perhaps it is no TV or computer until you have done your workout.
Once your workout starts to be of your day to day routine/habit you will find it easier and easier to get at it so you can get on to the next thing you want to do.

| Hey y'all.... i'm new to this whole thing but i was just wondering... does ANYONE have some ideas for getting motivated to workout? i do alright once i'm actually working out, but it's just the GETTING GOING that i need the most help with.... any ideas?
