It can be hard until you get into a routine and your workouts become a habit. One thing that might help is to not allow yourself to do something until you have done your work out for that day. For instance, no computer time for fun (must do homework of course)until you have done your work out.
After 2 weeks of sticking with it it should start to become a habit and much easier to stick with.
