Perhaps it isn't weight you should lose but using strength training to tone your body. Many times that can shape the body so that clothes fit wonderfully.

There is many great articles and demos to help you make the most of your strength training and body sculpting. It doesn't have to be bulk but simply toning.

i would like to lose a little weight so i can fit into the dress that i will wear to the ball. i am not very fat. i am actually very skinny.
