I'm sorry - I was trying to help you make a realistic goal. I'm not sure 25 pounds is realistic or healthy and am concerned that trying to reach a goal of that nature can set about unhealthy habits and patterns.

I'm sorry if that was offensive because that was not my intention but I do care about your health and that you are achieving realistic goals in a healthy manner.

I am happy to help you set a goal of toning and improved health and eating that leads to a tone and fit body that may also include some changes in numbers on the scale. Please let me know what your needs are for help.

How is that unrealistic Coach Tanya? Well, instead of helping me out and accusing me of having "disordered eating habits" you should ban those ballerinas who want to be 90 pounds. It's okay though, I'll just go somewhere else. I don't need your help.

If you need anything don't hesitate to ask or be embarrassed because we're all very friendly here. Take time to explore the place and enjoy yourself.

Like the coach said, safe loss is best. If you hurry it away, it'll hurry right back. Even worse, it'll come back with even more weight so you'll be heavier than you are right now. Ask yourself: Do I wanna be back here this time next year?

I'm new to this and I'm hoping being here will help. I'm 135 and I'm hoping to lose at least 25 pounds and get down to 110 by January. Nice to meet you.
