Hi everyone. I'm just joined. Right now i'm looking for support. I'm 15, I weigh 112 and I really want to get down to around 100lbs. I am a very active personn. I like to eat healthy and workout. I play softball 10 months a year. But i am looking for some support because I am not good at loosing weightt. I've tried crash dieting, all sorts of plans and what not. but i just want to focus on developing a healthier life style and I would love to do that with some one or a group of people.
