Hi! I decided to join here because I have recently had problems with being underweight. I’ve gained it back, but I needed something to help me stay healthy and someone told me about this site from Yahoo. It’s great! I’m still trying to figure out the whole thing, but I have a question. What are some exercises to tone my stomach? I have a bit of flab and I don’t like it. I stopped doing sit-ups because I was doing the wrong kind and they got to much muscle and started walking, but now I have a bit of flab, not much, but I don’t like it. I also heard that once you lose weight a lot and try to gain it back, your motabolism is slower but it can go back to normal, right?
