i actually don't have self-esteem issues about my weight cuz my friends are so supportive which can also be a bad thing because there's nothing really motivating me except for guilt.
i just want to eat healthier, get more calcium and fiber, drink more water, and get rid of pop completely. i can't live without chocolate though- at least for the time being maybe if i accomplish some of my other goals...

i'm also really self conscious when it comes to people watching me eat and also when people whisper and laugh.

i guess we're in this together.

My goal is to lose 30 pounds by November 3rd.
I have been on sparkteens.com for a little over a week, and I already have lost so many. This is the ONLY thing that made me not eat those cookies in the cupboard... teehee...

Thanks so much for all that is doing this.

From Saturday 8th: I have lost 3 pounds 27 more to GO!!!

Weigh in for me is Saturday, and I started Tuesday 4th 2007. I feel awesome!!!

Welcome to SparkTeens! It is great that you have identified some of the areas that you have to work on. You may need to work with a counselor on some of your self esteem issues so that are you gain a more fit and healthy body, you can have a fit and healthy view of your self as well.

So... my name is PyroKitten. Basically, I have joined SparkTeen in order to lose weight and gain confidence, like everyone else. I'm afraid, though, that even if I lose the weight, I will still face major issues concering my self-esteem. I actually cannot stand to eat in front of people because I always think they are watching and judging how much I eat. When people are whispering to each other, I think they're making fun of me. Many, many issues exist, but I guess I'll be solving them one at a time..
