Hey, I just liek to say, you look pretty, and I want you to know that if you are losing weight because you don't think you are pretty, that isn't a good enough reason.!

MY goals are to lose 30 pounds before November 3rd... and if not then by Febuary 14th 2007.

I so far lost 3 pounds so 27 more pounds TO GO!!!
YAY!!!

Welcome to Spark Teens! Try to focus on making small but significant changes like avoiding soda or eating fried foods and make sure you are getting exercise every day and you will be well on your way to your first goal.

hi everyone, i'm emma :)
i've looked around the site and i guess i must be one of the biggest girls here, so i'm nervous about posting this.
i'm 5ft5, 15, and currently 246lbs. My first goal is 240.
Eventually I want to be 120, so I have a long road ahead, but i know i can do it.

SEPEMBER- Goal 1: 240
DECEMBER- Goal 2: 220
Goal 3: 200
Goal 4: 180
Goal 5: 160
Goal 6: 140
