Sounds like you have some great goals and Spark Teens provides you with the tools and support to meet those goals. Take small but steady steps forward each day and don't get discouraged if you have a set back just start again and keep moving forward.

hey im new here. i really like this site hopefully i can keep up with it. well yea my names melissa and obviously i am overweight! well not just overweight but obese. like exta extra obese! i just want to loose it all you know. im 5'6 and i weigh 208. thats like so disgusting! i hate being this way. sometimes i feel my boyfriend dont even like me. i know he loves me and all but its like he doesnt likethe way i look if you know what i mean, well if thats possible...but yea i dont want to loose weight just for him but for myself also, and for my family. my goal is it get atleast to 180 by december, then 160 by february, and 140 by june or july. i dont know if i can do that is it possible?? well yea im leaving for now and hope alls going well with everybody bye!
