Hey! I am really glad that you are part of this programm that you think that you will need to change about your body.

If you need a motivation support person to help you out with. I am only here to help. I hope that you can get to your goal and feel great with yourself.

The only thing I can say is, try to stay with the program, and get outside and walk everyday for 30 min before school, and get your sleepign time in. You burn fat as you sleep!

Glad you are here. That is a great goal. You want to work toward eating whole grains, fruits/veggies, lean meats, and low fat/fat free dairy as the main portion of your diet. It may take small steps to get to that point and that is ok. Empty calories like pies, cakes, cookies, soda, candy bars, sugary fruit drinks and as well fried foods like french fries, chicken nuggets etc are things that you want to begin to limit. Baked versions of foods like a bake potato instead of french fries or baked chicken breast instead of a breaded and fried version are good starters as well.

If you are eating out, give Subway a shot and select the milk and apple slices for a healthy lunch out.

These are all things to work toward by taking small steps and making small changes. Don't try to make too many changes at one time but pick one or two things to focus on. We are here to help and encourage along the way.

my name is marcy. my goals is to git down to a 220 for this year n next year i am going to git down to the hundreds. i am currently 275 pounds. i am kinda havin trouble with my diet. what are the things that i should aviod?
