Think positive!!! For motivation, I stuck up a couple of pictures of me where I look huge and vow to keep them their as motivation not to go back and to keep on with my success. I also have a picture of Beyonce in a swimsuit because i love her body and it makes me work harder to get to my goal.

Hey! motivation is the best thing you can have. Talk to your family and friends about what your doing and let them know that you would really appreciate support. The more people around you telling you what you are doing is awesome the better! Plus, you always have us here on Spark Teens. But don't forget, if you get motivation, pass it on! Everyone needs a little motivation once and a while.

Think about the last time you accomplished something that was difficult. Do you remember if you were in a positive frame of mind? Now, think about the last time you failed to accomplish something. Were you in the same frame of mind, or did it change? Natural talent and ability are wonderful things, but sometimes a person needs more to accomplish their goals. What they need is the right frame of mind. When your mind says, “Yes, I can,” it sends this message throughout the entire body. As long as this message is being relayed through, the opportunity is still there to achieve your goal. But, this also works in the opposite direction. Soon as you start to say, “No, I can’t,” your body starts to quit. Once this negativity starts in your mind, it makes your goal difficult to accomplish. So, try to make like The Little Engine That Could and tell yourself, “I think I can, I think I can.”

Hey!
I think that is what all of us need it a little motivation once in awhile. I think you can really beat this weight loss and step it up to the next level.
JUST THINK if you sink into cravens liek chocolate and stuff you are RIGHT BACK to where you are started! But imagin, having a slimmer body that you alway wanted, and that 6 pack abs around the corner having that chocolate. It will taste so much better. And your cravens to go away in less then 2 WEEKS!
You need to wake up in the morning around 6 liek I do, and for 30 minutes walk around your house get a drink of water and get some shorts on and go for speed walking in the morning around 6:30 for 15-30 minutes A DAY! Don't forget to stay on your fitness schedule. Though I have fitness Phy-Ed at my school, I am going opver the limit the want me to do.
