Try finding some activities that you enjoy that you can do instead of eating. There is plenty of support here on the site, so you don't need to feel like you are doing this alone.

Also, take a look at what is motivating you. Find something that will motivate you for YOU that will keep you going.

my boyfriend was my only support and now we are fighting and i have a habit of eating when i am upset the only other thing i can do besides eat is to make up with him and i dont want to do eather
