You have been given some great advice! Eating several mini meals throughout the day will help get your metabolism going and help you with your goals.
Also, starving yourself doesn't allow your body to receive the nutrients it needs for it to grow and develop, so you definitely want to nourish your body with healthy foods.

| starving yourself will only slow your metabolism....mini meals throughout the day may work for you...keeps your metabolism going and you won't feel hungry...but don't starve yourself, i've been there and it makes things worse in your future

I go about things the wrong way when it comes to losing weight. I've been starving myself for a while now and it's getting easier and easier to do.
I'm afraid it's going to get out of control. I swim about 5 times a week at swim practice and i eat healthy.
I never ever lose weight. And i have tried it the healthy way. but it just never worked and i got tired of it, i guess so i started to starve myself.
I just need tips on how to lose weight...the healthy way.
