| Yeah find someone who wants to start running too. I made the mistake of doing that AFTER I had been running for 2 months and she just slowed me down though. And she wanted to talk the whole time so it kinda worked against me.

| I have asthma too but it gets better if you run because you're increasing your lung capacity and it makes your lungs way stronger. I find it's much easier to breathe now
|

I like running. But it's really, really hard for me to because i have really bad asthma.
I just started running 3 times a week...to try to get better.

| You have never experienced feeling high until you have experienced the "runner's high"! ha ha i read that the other day on the internet and it's so true you know? I joined Cross Country for the first time this year and I think my best 5k time was 26:30! I've become truly obsessed with running... but lately it's not been so good because a- it's getting colder and b- for some reason I've been eating really unhealthily and gaining weight so it's been harder to keep up with my same speed... hopefully with sparkteens i'll get back to my previous weight:-)

| I can actually run pretty fast, but I don't have the lung capacity for it. If I could run longer and not get totally winded, I'd join cross country.

I love running! My time is 7 something but I haven't done it in a while... I love it so much tho and I guess I'm pretty good at it too! -Kenzie

| I love running now though. I do it every other day and I feel so good after I've gone for a long run. Plus when you get exercise it helps make up for overeating a little.

| yeah it can be embarrassing and frustrating but the sooner you get off the couch and on the road you'll feel more motivated. maybe you should start running for like 15 minutes a day. stop and walk if you have to but then keep going. any kind of activity is good.

| I used to run the mile for track...my best time was 6:43. But I could totally not do it that fast now. I haven't ran in forever, because I never usually find the motivation or don't want to go by myself....

| I started running about 3 weeks ago and so far I love it. I'm getting pretty good too. my last mile time was like 9:29
