that happens to me sometimes. what i do is spread out my meals and snacks. i make sure that i don't go past my limit by noon or something. just try to limit yourself.

I've heard that sometimes you think you're hungry when you're actually thirsty. I've tried it and it actually works.

yeah I usually end up binging on vegetables which I guess is good because they don't have that many calories but then I add up how many calories I had in my head and I'm like aw man I could have had so much less than that if I had just had 4 or 5 servings instead of 10!

Do you like fruits and vegetables? Maybe you could try eating a lot of something with very little calories...and also drinking and filling up on water helps too =] I'm not sure how much I can help, since I kind of have the same problem more or less =]] But hope this helps

yeah I usually try to do that but sometimes when I get home from school I'm like starving so I binge and end up using up all the calories that I saved up.

Oh, sounds like you need to eat maybe a little less of what you do eat during the day, and save those extra calorie points for a treat later on?

Or, just drink lots of water or juice. That always helps me with my hunger.

Does anyone ever feel like even after you eat a meal you're still hungry and craving? I always do that. Especially when I've had my calorie limit for the day and I find it so frustrating because I don't want to mess up my whole day but I'm hungry! I can't keep my mind off of food.
