sleeping helps you feel less hungry since it gives you energy so you don't rely on food as much. and I sleep when I feel like I'm about to binge on some fattening foods

i hate physics. I have that..4th period. I haven't fallen asleep in that class, because if you don't pay attention, she'll really notice. lol.

Yeahhh. I like equations, algebra, dimensional analysis, and stuff like that.

But i don't like using graphing calculators.

Lol...I think math is COOL!! It's amazing how the numbers/letters can work in so many cool different ways...but I shouldn't be saying anything, because I'm not even in a math class this year lol!

Today in math, we were checking our homework, and i fell asleep. And my teacher comes over to me, and he's like, "Megan. Get out your homework."

I like math, but not the stuff we're doing now.

haha i know what you mean!!! i fall asleep during biology, my teacher is old and boring and doesn't even know how to pronounce the words...its pretty nice!! lol

I think it would be beneficial..
i mean, if you are tired, then i don't think you'll accomplish much exercising. lol.

I always fall asleep during history movies...and that's like 45 minutes. I feel much better when i wake up. haha

personally i think there a good idea, and i wish i could have a nap known and again! It makes u more alert and awake when you do wake up! everyone could do with some extra sleep!!
You also burn calories sleeping! :)

I was wondering if taking naps was beneficial/bad for this healthy/diet thing? As long as you aren't sleeping all the time would it be a good thing to add sometimes?
