Today's five things: 1. Paid more attention in class 2. Went for morning 15 minute jog. 3. Went for walk 4. Kept under calorie limit 5. Picked up my rabbit (rare occasion for me)

1. school didn't stress me out too bad today 2. i've drunk 6 cups of water so far 3. i limited my coffee to 2 cups 4. i had a nutritious breakfast (that even included spinach) 5. i'm not running late for anything

1.I woke up at a reasonable hour. 2. I jogged 20 minutes on the treadmill (with no stopping!) 3. I drank over 10 glasses of water 4. I took the meat out of my pizza (trying to go vegitarian) 5. I went to the store today and there was candy corn on sale for 25 cents but I resisted it and bought some dark chocolate instead cuz its supposed to be good for you and I bought the small bar :)

Ok, here's my list for today!
1. Did really well in ballet! Held my arabesques the longest out of anyone.
2. Drank a lot of water. All 8 glasses!
3. Did pretty well in history.
4. Ate a pretty balanced dinner.
5. Did extra stretching!

for me... 1. i woke up at seven (big deal for me, lol) 2. i walked my dog up the hill twice 3. i finished all my schoolwork before noon (homeschooled) 4. i drank 9 glasses of water 5. i actually streched before exercising (ha, i never do.)

wow, you guys are all doing really great! My five things: 1. Went for 14 minute jog 2. Walked into town 3. Did my french homework :O 4. Drank 6 glasses of water 5. Actually stayed tuned during school :)

great jog! I used to hate water, and I never drank it, but now I almost never drink anything else.
ok, I'm homeschooled, so these things are big for me.
1. I woke up at a reasonable hour (7:00) 2. I actually DID my school 3. I ate my serving size of cereal this morning 4. I didn't over-eat this morning and resisted a craving 5. I drank 2 glasses of water.

 Good job! Don't you think green tea tastes bad? And no metter What I do, I just can't drink 8 cups of water. I've realized that I don't drink that much at all! :( But I'm still trying. And yeah about the challenge..:
1. I did my history homework for the first time lol
2. umm..put a lot of warm clothes for school though it looked weird ( here in finland it's so dead cold o.O)
3. didn't yell at my lil bro
I had a really simple day 2day it mostly included negative things. such as sleeping over and getting late to maths class while verybody else had already started doing the test. It was so embarrasing. so I uess I gotta try this later.....

I challenge everyone here (including myself) two write down 5 possitive things about today! Here are mine:
1. I drank 1 1/2 cups of milk today. Ok, ate it with cereal, but that's good for me because i cant stand milk!
2. I cleaned my room, my bathroom, the living rooms, my dogs, the kitchen, and did laundry. All that counts as exersize!
3. I didnt have any junk food today
4. I ate a good amount of calories, compared to what i usually eat.
5. I drank three cups of green tea.
