Bouillon vs Broth

Yes but it really adds a lot of sodium.

I made my recipe with the bouillon but I didn't use any salt. It turned out delicious. Thanks for the help. My husband even liked it.

You can substitute the bouillon for broth, just omit the salt as well. The bouillon is really salty that's why.

Yes. It's usually higher in sodium, but you could certainly substitute that.

p.s.--if you're out of both, you can use water--you'll just be missing a bit of flavor.

Sometime a recipe will call for broth but I don't always have broth. Could I use bouillon cubes instead
