*Really* fast? Balance Bar. These are for the days that I'm literally running out the door.
I usually can make time for a quick bowl of cereal, oatmeal, or cottage cheese with applesauce. I usually will always eat a SBD high protein bar with it to make sure I'm getting in my protein.
If I have more time (which is usually only on the weekends!), I will do an egg white omelet with veggies, black beans and salsa.

One of my very favorite on-the-go, no-time meals is the following:
Make a piece of toast (or two).
Spread with a little bit of low-fat sour cream. (You can use cream cheese or even unsweetened yogurt, but I find that sour cream tastes the best)
Top with sliced banana.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
I eat it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, whenever I need to eat something but don't have time to cook or eat.
Very low fat and it fills you up!
Also, fiber One has a lot of newer cereals that actually TASTE GOOD (not like dry dog food) in addition to carrying a lot of fiber.
I've been eating the yogurt Clusters, which has THIRTEEN grams of fiber per cup, but my new favorite is Caramel Delight, (9 grams of fiber per cup) which actually tastes like a "normal" cereal!

| Another quick breakfast idea: Breakstone's Cottage Cheese Doubles. It has cottage cheese on one side of the container and a fruit mixture on the other side. My favorite is the Pineapple, and i have two pieces of toast with it. I like the Laughing Cow cheese idea.
| I like to mix milk, sweetener, and frozen strawberries together for a quick smoothie! Or I make scrambled eggs...sprinkle with cheese and eat with salsa.
| I've taken to putting about 8 oz. of nofat milk, 2 teaspoons of chocolate slim fast powder, and 1 banana into the blender. Tastes like I've died and gone to heaven!

| I take a half gallon of milk to work every Monday and leave it there. Every night I put half a cup of oatmeal in a tupperware. I also scramble up my egg whites and throw those in the fridge. I grab them on the way out the door at 6 am and when I get to work make them up and eat them. I also have a banana or apple around so I can have a mid-morning snack.
| I take 1/4 cup of oat bran and pour it in 1 cup of water before I go to bed. I let this sit over night and it softens the oat bran making cooking in the morning a wee bit quicker. In the morning I microwave the oat bran. I add a handful of blueberries and I am in heaven.

| Bessleal, you can buy PB2 at www.bellplantation.com. It's only 54 calories for 2 tbsp!!! I am a Peanut Butter lover and this has been a wonderful product! I can have just as much as I used to eat of regular Peanut Butter and don't have to worry about the calories and fat!
| I like the fiber One granola bars. They are easy to grab and take with you if you are on the go. I also sometimes put dry cereal..such as, cheerios or fiber one caramel delight...in a baggie and just eat it dry. I know these aren't the best rounded breakfast ideas but it is better then totally skipping breakfast if you are in a hurry!

PUGLUVER, what a great idea!! (but where do you buy powdered peanut butter??)
I usually have quick cooking quaker oatmeal, it's so fast and delish. Or I hardboil a few eggs on the weekend and grab one and some fruit for a quick b-fast. :)
| I make up muffins on the weekends and some I may freeze and others I keep in frig for breakfasts and snacks. I've put together a SP cookbook that has all my favorite muffin recipes that I found on the site. I also like the Carolina Breakfast Brunch that I found on this site - it freezes well and can be put in microwave whenever. I put together my breakfast and lunch the night before because sometimes I'm running out the door, I just grab the bag and go.

| I get so hungry by mid-morning if I don't have a good breakfast. My favorite is steel cut oatmeal. Since it takes time to cook, I prepare 4 servings at a time and keep it in the refrigerator. In the morning, I put some in a microwavable bowl with a bit of milk, and nuke it on med-high power for about 2-3 minutes. Sometimes I add peaches or blueberries. It is good and sticks with you. I got this idea from one of Dr. Oz's books. It sounds strange, but the steel cut oatmeal reheats very well and tastes great.

| These are such great ideas! I can't wait to try the eggbeaters and turkey bacon on a whole wheat english muffin as a substitute for the greasy breakfast sandwiches I was buying at work. It sounds yummy...
| baked oatmeal is good as well. I just dip a serving put in microwave and eat from coffe cup in car or warm up when i get to work...in this case on the way i eat a fruit till i get there or boiled egg,
| I amke up little breafast quiche and warm up in the morning ready to go onn the run with a piece of fruit or toast.
| I measure 1 cup of my cereal and put it in a baggie and eat it on the way!

I keep a mix of Kashi Go Lean Crunch almond flax and vanilla almond Special K handy. Sometimes I have it with skim milk and strawberries (or blueberries, peaches, etc), or sometimes I add 1/2C of it to plain yogurt or FF vanilla yogurt with some berries.
McCanns no sugar added oatmeal with a mini pack of raisins or blueberries
English muffin with laughing cow lite (in any flavor, they are all so good!!!), with some fruit
Then once a week I generally have an english mcmuffin with an egg, 1/2slice of american cheese, canadian bacon and a whole grain english muffin. Oh my is it ever good!

| I mix 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1 tbsp PB2 (powdered p-nut butter) and 1 tbsp sugar free strawberry jam - it's only 115 calories, delicious, and lots of protein! Also, pop some eggbeaters and turkey bacon in the microwave, spread some laughing cow cheese on a low cal/high fiber tortilla, and make yourself a low cal healthy breakfast burrito for about 150 calories! YUMMY!

| I enjoy a vegetable omelet or just a bowl of cereal with added fruit and 1% milk

I would probably use laughing cow lite cheese. Very good flavor and spreadability. Otherwise Philly makes a good fat free cream cheese but I would add something to flavor it. I used to have a night time snack of whole wheat melba rounds with the Philly fat free and a small amount of deli turkey. The meat added just enough flavor that the cream cheese wasn't too bland. Or I suppose you could add a piece of pineapple, strawberry......to it.

| My breakfast in the morning is a cup of mixed berries, I buy the frozen ones put them in the microwave for a minute then I top it up with a half cup of all bran and a half cup of no fat cottage cheese. It keeps me full for hours and it takes about 2 minutes to throw it together,

| I love the smoothie idea because you can mix any type of fruit and some healthy yogurt.

My new favorite breakfast is 1 oz of special K with red berries, 1/2 container of strawberry yoplait lite and a couple strawberries diced in it. Very tasty and easy.
Other options, slim fast bar, kashi trail mix bar with granola both are 140 cal each I make a large strawberry jello sugar free, and pour it into 1/2 cup cold water to soften. While it is softening boil 1 1/2 cups water. when jello is dissolved add 1 container strawberry yoplait lite and stir with a whisk. add 8-10 strawberries sliced and refrigerate. It makes about 4 good sized servings around 50 cal each. You can also add some cottage cheese for a little more substance.
Those are my favorites.

| I discovered Lean Pockets - Spinach, Artichoke and Chicken! They are great and really easy to pop into the microwave on crazy mornings. That plus a piece of fruit and I'm out the door - it's something that I can eat in the car or as I finish getting ready and it has enough staying power to get me to lunch.

Hello Jennifer! YES, one step at a time! That's right :). I have a few ideas: Smoothies are fast and easy, and you can take them with you. All it takes is a blender. There are lots of recipes which include fruit, yogurt or skim milk, and ice cubes. I like to keep hard cooked eggs in the refrigerator. Then I can grab one with some fruits or vegetables (yes, I've been known to eat vegetables for breakfast, but then again, I live with a rabbit, a real live rabbit) and go. I've also melted a piece of cheese on a slice of whole grain bread in my toaster oven while getting ready in the morning. That's easy to wrap in a paper towel and take along. Hope some of these ideas help!

| I dont get up early enough to really make a breakfast, so I have been putting quick things together at night. I wanted to get some other ideas for fast breakfasts and eventually I will get up early enough to workout and eat, but as for now....one step at a time, right?
