| I make a munchy mix of Spoon size shreaded wheat and dried fruit or raisins. If you put it in baggies it is portable and adds to your fruit and grains.

I love fiber One bars too - the oats and chocolate and caramel varieties are yummy (in the cereal aisle typically - 140 calories per bar and a good source of fibre too..........
I also love making my own tortilla chips
Ingredients (makes 1 serving) - approx 200 - 250 calories depending on what tortillas you use.......
1 Flour Tortilla 1 Tbsp Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp garlic salt or 1 garlic Clove (minced) Spray Olive Oil Dash Sea Salt Salsa
Directions Makes 8 large tortilla chips. Preheat oven to 400F Spray tortilla with olive oil spray Sprinkle tortilla with chili powder, garlic (salt or minced) and sprinkle with dash of sea salt. Bake in oven for 10 minutes until crisp Serve with salsa. Alternatives : Also goes great with Fat Free Sour Cream/ Banana and/or Jalepeno chili peppers [All low fat options] I often serve with a mix of all...

| I like a small handful of almonds. The snack has protein, fiber and more, so it should satisfy you. Just don't overdue it...the fat count can get you-even though it is good fat.

How about treating yourself while also being healthy!
Some carrot and celery sticks with 2 tbsp hummus Have a sugar-free pudding with Fat Free Reddi Whip along with it! Or skip the whipped cream on your pudding and have a 25-calorie diet hot chocolate with your pudding. This adds up to be around 200 calories or even under depending on how many veggies you have.

Thanks...I actually tend to go to popcorn quite bit, so I went for 2 slices of weight watchers whole wheat bread topped with 2/3 c. of tomato sauce and parm. cheese. I love sauce and i love cheese, and something warm always seems to satisfy me more. I just wanted to mention it to you in case you find yourself in my poisition....good luck, and thanks again! michelle
