This is a recipe for Bacon Wrapped Chicken - You will need: 16 oz. Chicken 1/4 cup Parmarsian cheese grated 4 strips of bacon
First - Slice the chicken breast into 4oz pieces. Then slice open (butterfly) the 4oz breast. Stuff it with a 1/4 of the cheese and then wrap with one piece of bacon. Repeat for the other pieces - Makes 4 pieces of chicken. Place in a baking dish, bake on 350 for 30 minutes - covered with foil. (185 calories per piece)- For slightly crispier bacon remove foil after 15 minutes; cook 15 on, 15 off..
Serve with a cup of green beans (35 calories) and then a half of cup of brown rice (100 calories)
You will have a meal under 350 calories, 29 grams of protein, 7 grams of fat. You should be full - but if not, having another piece for only 185 calories, won't be too bad!
