I love spicy. I will have to try this. It sounds great. You could bake or grill the chicken.

I found this recipe online and it works great on chicken, seafood...and I've yet to try it on other meat. Also works great to use ontop of rice or noodles (in a stir fry)

If your anything like me your always looking for ways to jazz up chicken breasts!

Ingredients:

Chili-Lime Marinade

1 1/2 TB red wine vinegar
3TB olive oil
Juice from 1 lime
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
cayenne pepper (to taste i like a lot so probably used just a tsp or so)
1/2 tsp paprika

Whisk ingredients together and marinade chicken for 1-2 hours (the acidity of this marinade will make for VERY tender chicken). Cook as desired.

**For reference I used this marinade for about 1 lbs. of chicken breast**
