If you took a chicken breast and cut it in 10 pieces each piece would be .1
4 pieces would make .4
So x giblet = .4

| Well it would depend on the size, but I would say 4 tenders would weigh about 5 oz. so 20 to make 4 breast. Do you have a scale to weigh them?
