I haven't yet but when I use egg beaters I usually will add 1 or 2 egg whites. Depending on how many people I am feeding. They are kinda watery so it can be hard to make them work for certain recipes.
The recipe that I have for the mini quiches calls for egg whites and fat free milk. So I don't know what way I would go.
To the poster that doesn't like eggs, neither do I but I do like egg beaters or better'n eggs. Basically the egg substitues. Don't be afraid to give them a try and play around. You might just find something new you can use.
I used to think I couldn't use the egg beaters for egg fu young but you can you just have to watch them a bit closer. Since the eggs will run all over the pan. Just round em up with your pancake turner and it will be fine.

I have used eggbeaters to make quiche, the only thing I did different was to not add the liquid, some quiche recipes call for milk or cream I find that eggbeaters are sort watery so I leave out the liquid and that seems to help. I prefer my quiche with out a crust that way it doesnt get soggy. you will most likely just have to experiment a few times to find out what works for you. Good luck and enjoy!!

I don't like eggs so I've never bought the egg beaters. I've thought about buying some to see if I would like them or to use in baking.
Any thoughts on taste, texture, etc. that you guys can fill me in on would be a big help. Thanks!

I haven't made a traditional quiche using Eggbeaters, but I do use eggbeaters to make something sort of similar to a quiche. I just mix together 1/2 box of frozen chopped spinach that has been thawed out and squeezed dry, 1 cup of eggbeaters and a few tablespoons of parmesan cheese. I put that mixture in small glass custard cups and put them in a larger dish with a couple of inches of water in it and bake until it is firm.
This is not as creamy as regular quiche, but it is easy and good for an everyday sort of meal. I think that eggbeaters would probably work just as well in a regular quiche recipe.
