Tasty and simple, I'll do it, I have scallops in the freezer that would have to be good like this too.

This, or versions of it, are staples for us. We use frozen chopped spinach often. Sometime add canned beans, like white beans or kidney. Or toss in some Tomatoes and juice.......what ever we do there is tons of garlic, WW pasta, chicken or shrimp, lots of black pepper.

To make it a little saucey I add some pasta water to it, and then add the pasta still a little firm and cook a few minutes longer

I do this too !! Next time add some boneless skinless chicken & broccoli (instead of shrimp & pasta)

I made a small serving of this last night. Love it. especially the mix of garlic and shrimp.

Shrimp, cooked, 7 large 38 0 0 8
Garlic, 1 tsp 4 1 0 0
Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp 60 0 7 0
Muellers Multi Grain Spaghetti, 3 oz 285 60 3 12
