I have a CuisineArt Griddler and do everything imaginable on it. Even my other half who claims to be the BBQ Grill Master loves the chicken, scallops and ahi I do. Best features to look for are: 1) removeable grills AND griddle for easy cleaning, 2)hinged lid to accommodate thicker items, 3) ability to open all the way flat, 4) adjustable heat in degrees as well as low thru hi/sear.
Mine was purchsed via chefscatalog.com but I think Macy's has them for about $110

| I bought a Food Network griller from Kohls. It has waffle, grill, and griddle plates that interchange. I absolutely love it!

I'm seriously considering buying one, but I'm looking for recommendations. I found a nice one at Sears by Wolfgang Puck, but I don't want to pay for a name unless I'm getting an outstanding product.
Anyone got any opinions?
