| I love the weight watchers english muffins, but the sliced bread is a little tasteless. I normally cut the crust off the bread b/c it tastes rather dry.

| I have found the same thing about WW bread spoiling and also keep mine refrigerated. It's too expensive to waste!

I love all the weight watcher bread products. With the sliced bread I find it is better to keep it in the fridge as it does not have that many preservatives in it and it tends to spoil quickly.

| the only no point snack I found that's even remotely satisfying is the individual bags of baby carrots. For 1 point I Love, Love, Love the 2 oz vita muffins or vita tops by Vitalicious. If you haven't tried them, I highly recommend buying the muffin mix to make your own, cheaper that way (about 50cents per muffin). Supposedly they sell at grocery stores, mine don't carry them, so I buy from their website at www.vitalicious.com

Nature's Own has a double fiber wheat bread that is extremely satisfying. It has 1 point for 2 slices...On WW you can have a turkey sandwich with fat free mayo with Nature;s Own DF bread and progresso 0 point soup....yummy and about 2 points :)

Hey whatever you are doing it sure is working for you!!! I was where you are now and seeing your progress is going to help me pick up the pace...thanks! Fortunately for me..I am not a big bread fan. More crackers and cookies. But am also at the 18 pt place and that is NOT a lot of food. I find a pita or half of a pita etc will do the fix. Then the Orville Redinbakers smart pop or pretzels low fat. If I need a crunch fix. Trying to get back into veggies and dip as a snack. Any ideas on crunchy low or no point snacks greatly appreciated Skinnny_girl

| I used to eat the Double fiber wheat bread by Country Village I think? Country something anyway, the package clearly says double fiber and the first ingredient is 100% whole wheat. It is very good. Unfortunately for me, on WW, I only get 18 points and that bread is 1 point per piece, where the Village Hearth is 1 point for 2 pieces. I think the fat content is the difference in these breads. But as everyone knows fat is what makes the item taste good :(

| Village Hearth now has a whole wheat bread that rivals the low points and high fiber content of WW, but is softer and more filling. Try it! Their hamburger buns are fabulous too, only 1 point for the whole bun (whole wheat).

| Have to agree about the W.W. bread. Although I do like the W.W wraps. Either way both are available at either Co-op or Sobeys (Canada) You should try them for yourself. I like a good quality high grain bread and have only one slice instead of two. Open face sandwiches and melts are great and save on carbs and cals.

| I suggest normal whole grain bread instead. I bought WW bread once (and never since). It really is just smaller bread and is wafer thin. I just didn't find it was satisfying.
| What kind of bread would you suggest? Thanks
| LOL weight watchers bread is just 1/2 loaf of bread with 1/2 the calories and 1/2 the nutrients. Tiny bread.

I find the WW bread, rolls and cakes in the bread aisles in our local food stores( Giant, ACME,Shop Rite) in PA. I have seen it at Walmarts and Target as well. the products are really good and low n calories and points.

| I have seen in at my local grocery stores here in Canada so I assume you can get it in the USA. Hope you find it.

| I find it in all my local supermarkets. Sometimes a store has a WW section for all its products. Sometimes they are in dietary special area. I can get it at Walmart in Syracuse. Why don't you talk to the manager?
